Online Programming

1 month of online programming will give you access to a fully editable and tailored spreadsheet that includes all workouts for the month based on your goals, training experience and personal preferences, with this package you also receive your calorie requirements as well as macronutrient breakdown

1 off 1-2-1 PT session

1 session with me in person as a one time payment. We can go over whatever suits your goals.

£200 (£40 DISCOUNT)

1 session a week (4 sessions a month)

With this option we will train together 1-2-1, once a week for a month, this will include nutrition and programming.

£400 (£80 DISCOUNT)

2 sessions a week (8 sessions a month)

With this option we will train together 1-2-1, twice a week for a month, this will include nutrition and programming.

£600 (£120 DISCOUNT)

3 sessions a week (12 sessions a month)

With this option we will train together 1-2-1, three times a week for a month, this will include nutrition and programming.
