"A couple of years ago, heading into my 40’s, a fitness assessment at work gave me a few home truths: weak upper body strength; poor posture causing the beginning of an unsightly curved neck; the need to drop a few kg; and importantly the potential impact not dealing with this would have on my future!
The brief to Charles was, I have an incredibly busy work and social life; I'm not a massive fan of the gym as I don’t know what I’m doing, but I need this fixed (oh and by the way I need to drop the few kg, whilst loving nothing more than cooking and eating out!)

I started working with Charlie mainly as I wanted to increase my 3 main lifts (deadlift/bench/squat) as well as get generally fitter and put some structure around my programming. I’ve been training with him for over 2 years and have achieved all this and more.
